About Setúbal
Setúbal is a city located in central Portugal. It is about 50 km south of Lisbon and sits at the mouth of the Sado River. The city has a population of around 125,000 people and it lies within the greater Setúbal district which stretches from the Tagus river in the north all the way past Sines in the south.
About Caitlin
Hi! My name is Caitlin and I am the author behind Everything Setúbal. While I originally hail from Vermont in the United States, I moved to Setúbal in autumn 2021. I had never set foot in the city prior and I fell in love immediately. I am still exploring everything this powerhouse little place has to offer. It is important to me that everything I write is 100% authentic, so I will never give you a review of a place I have not been to myself. And I will always be totally honest about my experiences.
